Welcome to RenoVPN. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our applications or services.

1. Service Description

RenoVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet connection and routes it through our servers to protect your privacy and security online. Our service includes:

  • VPN client applications for supported platforms
  • Access to our global server network
  • Customer support

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Account sharing beyond the simultaneous device limit specified in your plan is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Send spam, phishing emails, or engage in fraud
  • Attack, scan, or probe other networks or systems
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute child sexual abuse material
  • Engage in activities that damage our network or degrade service for other users

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment and Subscription

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the plan you select
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes

We do not automatically charge you when your subscription expires. Upon expiration, your service will be disconnected until you manually renew. If you have topped up your account balance and enabled auto-renewal in your settings, your balance will be used to renew your plan automatically — this is entirely opt-in and can be disabled at any time.

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Our refund policy is as follows:

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We may grant a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances, such as prolonged service outage or technical issues we cannot resolve.

To request a refund, contact us at contact@renottx.com with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

Refunds will not be granted if your account has been terminated for violating our Acceptable Use policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, which may result in temporary service interruption. We are not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions.

8. Communication Standards

We are committed to providing helpful and timely support. To maintain a productive environment for all parties, we ask that all communications remain respectful and constructive.

We understand that technical issues can be frustrating. However, language or behavior that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward any member of our team is not acceptable. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate service in cases where communication consistently falls below these standards.

9. Intellectual Property

All RenoVPN applications, branding, and content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our software without explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in abusive behavior toward our staff
  • Your account is used for illegal activities
  • Payment cannot be processed after reasonable attempts

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RenoVPN operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
